Online appointment scheduling via Doctolib

We use Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin, Germany, to provide an online appointment booking service. For appointment scheduling, your first and last name, email address, and optionally your phone number are processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. After the appointment or the expiration of the agreed appointment period, your data will be deleted by the provider.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Articles 15–21 GDPR.

Duration of storage

Personal data are stored only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Data processed on the basis of consent will be deleted upon withdrawal of consent. Data processed for direct marketing purposes will be deleted upon objection.
